Job Description:

Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Essentia Health-Grand Rapids Clinic seeks a motivated and patient-centered physical therapist to join our engaged team of therapists.

Position details:

  • Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some flexibility

  • Team consists of 4 PTs, 3 OTs, 2 SLPs, 1 PTAs and 1 rehab aide/scheduler

  • Patients primarily will be ortho/neuro adult with consideration of PTs special interests and certifications for additional patient services

  • No call

  • Weekend rotation for hospital coverage (in Deer River) is 1 weekend/month
